Lettuce
Mainly designed for use by restaurants, this hydroponic lettuce vending machine manages to churn out over 20,000 heads of lettuce a year without exposure to sunlight, and has the potential to be used for other vegetables too. Called the "Chef's Farm," it's also somewhat notable for looking nothing like an actual chef's farm.
