Kashi only reduced the size of its Strawberry Fields cereal box from 10.4 ounces to 10.3 ounces a few years ago, but the nutrition labels also indicate that the number of servings per container dropped from 9 to about 5, due to denser and heavier whole grain flakes, while still charging $4.95 for a box.
