Why We Like It: Yes, the Apple iPad still wins out as the best tablet with which you can idly browse the web while watching TV. However, Microsoft's integration of Windows 8.1 across all its mobile devices has paved the way for the tablet to become more of a tool than a toy (and, yes, Apple fans, we know there are plenty of useful applications for the iPad). This version, the Surface Pro 3, boasts 64GB of hard drive space and a Core i3 processor.
