The Canaries are the club, of the promoted three, who have been in the EPL most recently (the 2013-2014 season saw an end to a run of three seasons in the top flight). Where Watford seems to be poised for disaster, Norwich seem to be in the running to be this seasons hard-workers-that-just-aren’t-good-enough.
