Someone ought to tell the NIH about Google. And then mention a site on the Internet called Amazon. Instead of spending $48,500 to produce a book entitled, Cigarettes and the Soviets: The Culture of Tobacco Use in Modern Russia, they could have searched "cigarette smoking in Russia" and found this book on Amazon for $66.83.
