Charlotte Rampling
Basic Instinct 2 (MGM, Michael Caton-Jones, 2006)
I had actually forgotten that this happened. This happened. They made a sequel to Basic Instinct….in 2006, 14 years after the original. Apparently, Charlotte Rampling was in it. Rampling has certainly stuck her foot in her mouth in this Oscar campaign, but she has been in some amazing films (Angel Heart, The Verdict, Swimming Pool). Basic Instinct 2 is not one of them.
