To attract the best talent, and keep it, HR departments at startups are constantly searching for new and fun perks that get workers to come on-site and stay there. There is even a new job category to describe the dedicated folks who manage all the fun: head of workplace. (Pinterest has 10 employees dedicated for this purpose alone.)
