A Merry Friggin’ Christmas (November)
Despite being another entry in the “Dysfunctional Christmas” micro-genre, Merry has several reasons it might stand ahead of the pack. Director Tristram Shapeero has cut his teeth on some of the best comedy shows currently on television, and he brings his Community leading man, Joel McHale, with him. The film also features one of the final performances of Robin Williams, and it should be fun to see the two hilarious actors riffing off of one another.
